First-time guide03 — Supply
WANNA is the native coin of WANNA Chain and pays network fees. Any new issuance has to go through a single minting contract (WannaMinter) with a cap written in code.
The admin Safe currently has a single signer and can upgrade the layer-2 system contracts without delay, so the cap above also sits under that authority. (The power to grant WannaMinter roles moved from the Safe to the timelock on October 4, 2026.) We plan to move to a multi-signer setup and will announce it when we do.

| Timelock | 0x490352d46714928fb5da0aCBBcfD12F59A5BAa0a | Executes after an announcement — 48 hours by default · 72 hours for critical changes · registers minters (LiquidityController owner) · grants WannaMinter roles (mint permission · 72 hours) |
| Guardian | 0x447D1a972F93a941D8F49b83A02D2775d78AB29E | Emergency pause only, immediately |

Operations: the server that produces blocks (the sequencer) is a single server run by Wanna Labs. Outages and admin changes are announced.
